By downloading, accessing, or using this mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Use of the App

Oxiva provides an AI-enhanced cloud-based digital mining experience within the app environment.

You agree to:

  • Not use automated bots, scripts, or unauthorized tools

Important:
Oxiva provides a digital mining environment powered by artificial intelligence within the application system. It does not conduct real cryptocurrency mining or generate real digital assets.

All mining results exist solely within the app ecosystem.

4. In-App Purchases

Oxiva offers optional in-app purchases for:

  • Speed enhancements

All payments are processed securely through Google Play Billing.

We do not:

  • Store payment card details

  • Process payments directly

  • Control third-party payment systems

Refunds are subject to Google Play’s refund policies.

We are not responsible for:

  • Content of third-party ads

  • Products or services promoted

Users interact with advertisements at their own discretion.

6. User Conduct

Account Deletion Policy
